Rental Process

When you select your dream dress, we will reserve it for the date you have requested. Our staff will have your dress cleaned and steamed and ready for pickup or delivery at Winsome Belle for the scheduled time and date. If needed, you are permitted to try on the dress on the day of pick up.

Once your event has concluded, you will need to return the dress to Winsome Belle at the time and date scheduled. A fee of $10 per day will be assessed if items are returned after the scheduled date.

Detailed information about your return date can be found in your confirmation email or told to you at the time of pick up. If your return date falls on a Sunday, you’ll have until Monday at 5 pm to return your items.

Ensure all accessories and handbags are back in their dust bags or boxes and put your rentals in the garment bag they were picked up in. If you can return items with the hangers and plastic bags they came with. 

Dresses will be cleaned, steamed, and ready for pick up. Our dress rental comes with a $10 dry cleaning fee, so you don't need to worry about anything except returning the dress.
